SHIPPING

NOTE* During COVID-19 you will experience shipping delays. Orders placed on Friday after 15:00H (GMT+1) will begin processing the following Monday. Transit times do NOT include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPING TO A SECURE LOCATION, as once the package is delivered we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. You can also contact DHL to release only upon signature. In the event that the item(s) is pre-ordered please allow up to 1-2 weeks for your order to ship. We cannot be held accountable for unforeseen weather conditions that delay delivery time. We do NOT ship on weekends and holidays.

SPAIN

We offer three options for shipments: 
1. STANDARD SHIPPING
  • For Spain addresses, Araracuara offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING with Correos de España on orders over 50€. Customers will receive their orders 2-3 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • The estimated delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. 
  • We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses at this time.
2. MRW EXPRESS SHIPPINGS
  • We also offer domestic express service through MRW. Orders must be placed before 15H (GMT+1). Saturdays and Sundays do not qualify as delivery days.
  • A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. 
  • Customers will receive their orders 1-2 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Shipping cost is calculated at check out.
3. SAME-DAY DELIVERY IN BARCELONA
  • Same-day Courier service in Barcelona by phone +34 635196466 or email (sales@araracuara.com).
  • An additional fee will be processed for this service.
  • Orders must be placed before 15H (GMT+1).

 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer two options for shipments: 

1. STANDARD SHIPPING

  • International shipments are shipped via Correos de España and the time may vary according to each country.
  • For European Union, Araracuara offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING with Correos de España on orders over 100€. Customers receive their orders 5-10 business days from the date of dispatch. 
  • For United States and Canada addresses, Araracuara offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING with Correos de España on orders over 100€. Customers will receive their orders 10-15 business days form the day of dispatch. 
  • The estimated delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. 
  • We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses at this time.
2. DHL EXPRESS SHIPPINGS
  • We also offer express service through DHL. Orders must be placed before 15H (GMT+1). Saturdays and Sundays do not qualify as delivery days.
  • A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. 
  • Customers will receive their orders 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • The estimated delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.
  • We DO NOT SHIP to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses at this time.
  • Shipping cost is calculated at check out.
 
Custom duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order for goods imported. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the receiver, and these fees (I.C.O.D) are collected at the time of delivery. The receiver must pay the duties and taxes due on their package. The international shipping cost incurred at time of check out is non refundable. (A delivery ignored or refused by the receiver is deemed "abandoned" by UPS.)

 

If a package is "Abandoned" by a customer and is returned to ARARACUARA any tax and duties added will be deducted from customers refund.

 
Gift wrapping is not available for international orders since packages are opened and checked by customs. All items are packaged securely.

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE

All packages sent via Correos de España / DHL will have a tracking number assigned. Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped.  PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPING TO A SECURE LOCATION, AS ONCE PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO THE CORRECT LOCATION WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. Araracuara.com is not liable for any lost shipments. Customers are responsible for claiming all misplaced, lost, undelivered OR "abandoned" shipments directly with DHL. All customers are encouraged to contact DHL about a missing or undelivered package.  In the event that your package is lost or misplaced we will do our best to assist you.
